Access is granted by creating an account with an email and password. You are responsible for securing your credentials and any API keys, including AgentOS keys prefixed aos_. Activity performed by your agents is your responsibility.
You may not use AgentOS to build agents that break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent permission and approval controls. Agents must respect the permission policies you configure — Allow, Deny, and Approval Required are enforced at the platform level.
Platform fees and metered usage are billed in USDC on Robinhood Chain and auto-debited from your agent vaults. You set budgets; agents auto-pause at your threshold. On-chain payments are final and non-reversible.
We target 99.5% uptime but provide the service "as is". AgentOS is not liable for losses arising from model outputs, tool actions, on-chain transactions, or third-party provider outages. Scale plans may carry a separate SLA.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
