1. What we collect

We identify accounts by email address, and each account is auto-provisioned an on-chain wallet for billing. We store the agents you create, their configuration, and the operational data they generate (memories, knowledge sources, schedules, analytics events).

2. On-chain data

Payments, budgets and agent version commits are recorded on Robinhood Chain and are, by nature, public and permanent. We cannot delete on-chain records. Off-chain data associated with your account can be exported or deleted on request.

3. Model providers

When your agent runs inference, prompts and context are sent to the model provider you selected (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies. We do not train models on your data.

4. Your controls

You can delete any agent — which cascades to its memory, knowledge, tools and schedules — at any time. Requests regarding account or off-chain data can be sent to privacy@agentos.xyz.
